I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in the heart of the city's business area. The location was perfect for exploring the historical center and visiting nearby attractions. The hotel facilities were modern and the room was very spacious, with comfortable beds. The cleanliness of the hotel was excellent, and the staff members were kind, proactive, and tried their best to meet my preferences. the breakfast buffet offered a large variety of options.

During our romantic escape, we really enjoyed the fine view from the top floor pool area. The view of the city skyline and the distant landmarks was amazing. the daily breakfast offered a wide variety of choices, ensuring that we started our day off on a delicious note. The hotel's close proximity to the airport was definitely a bonus, making our arrival and departure hassle-free.
The outdated decor and overall lack of maintenance throughout the hotel. The rooms felt worn and could use some updating.

The hotel is conveniently located in downtown, close to the center and in the neighborhood of Old Town. While it may be a bit off the beaches, it offers easy access to the central subway. The rooms were comfortable and clean, with friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast buffet had a good selection and the hotel provided thoughtful amenities such as gift bags and anniversary desserts for special occasions.
One negative aspect was the lack of a tea and coffee station in the rooms.

Great location in the historical center, with easy access to the metro and taxis. The pool on the terrace offers fine views of the Candelaria church and the ocean.
